Terms and Conditions:

• Mission Possible is a division of Eversley Ventures Inc. and all references to Mission Possible are to be considered as representing Eversley Ventures Inc.

• All prices quoted do not include VAT.

• An original receipt will be provided to our clients on request.

• Prices quoted are per team member and include facilitators, operations staff and all equipment used in the event, unless otherwise stated on the quotation.

• If the client chooses the location then Mission Possible can not be held responsible for the suitability of the location for the team building program agreed. Mission Possible will, however, make their best effort to carry out the program in that location.

• Unless otherwise stated, all travel expenses, accommodation and meals for the Team Building facilitators and staff will be met by the client.

• A deposit of 50% of the total is required on the signing of the contract. The Balance to be paid on the day of the event.

• In the case of cancellation of the event within seven days of the event then the deposit will be kept by Mission Possible.

• For cancellation more than seven days before the event, Mission Possible will retain 20% of the quoted price and return the balance of the deposit to the client.

• In the case the client reschedules the event then the full deposit will apply to the re-scheduled event.

• In the case the client re-schedules less than seven days before the event, then the client would compensate Mission Possible for any costs incurred and for any additional costs required to carry out the program on the new date.

• Travel and accommodation requested will be quoted as a separate item from the Team Building, unless the quote is for a full service package to include all services, Team Building, travel, accommodation and meals.

• Mission Possible will take all possible steps to ensure the safety of their clients but are not responsible for injuries sustained during the team building program.

• All equipment supplied by Mission Possible will remain the property of Mission Possible and any equipment supplied by the client shall remain the property of the client.

• Mission Possible will not be held responsible for any additional costs that are not agreed in the contract, unless agree in writing by Mission Possible.

• Any disputes of any nature shall be subject to the laws of the Philippines.
