The core Mission Possible program is a hands on, experiential program that runs over 2/3 days. It is designed to develop and emulate the skills required to plan and manage a project.
It gets teams engaged on multiple levels, and creates an environment where they have to use a variety of skill sets that challenge in the following ways:
Planning and Implementing a project.
Carrying out team activities in several different and challenging environments.
Showing leadership and interpersonal skills.
Making decisions and communicating actions.
Achieving objectives in an exciting, but safe, jungle and coastal environment.
The objective for the teams is:
To generate and implement a plan, to salvage a sunken object that contains information, that has to be deciphered, which describes objectives that have to be achieved in a safe but challenging jungle environment. More information can be found here.

Mission Possible is run as a program in which individuals with multiple, different skill levels and abilities, can bond together as a team, leverage their skills in ways that enable them all to:

Using an outside facilitator who has no direct connection with a company and no political baggage is a proven approach to effective training and team building. The combination of experience and professionalism offered by Mission Possible can help a company get their message over in a clear and focused way.
Fun on the sea....our ocean kayak one day program is an innovative program run off the beach so no one goes far from shore.
There will be an evening session before the day's activities. This will consist of an overview of how teams work, the objectives for the following day and some icebreaker games.
There will first be a period of acclimatization where teams will be assessed and trained in basic kayak skills, and briefed. They will then prepare a team list of who will participate in what role, in the events based on the skills within the team.
There will be several different roles to be played and everyone will have an opportunity to carry out most of them.
There will be relays and other team games finishing up with a competitive team game that will be fun and like nothing else you have done before.
We
will also have a fun handicapping system that will be created, within
limits, by the group so everyone will have an even chance.
At the end of the events the facilitators will review the events of the day with the teams and reinforce the lessons learnt.....as determined by the team.
This will be followed by an awards dinner where each team will be given an award for their achievements and, as part of the program, have to perform a team song and/or dance!!
In between events we will hold an after action review to discuss what happened and what could have been done differently.
It is our experience that the day following a team building event is a very important consolidation period where experiences are shared and relationships formed and cemented in an informal environment, we recommend that you allow for this process. more...

Battlefield Live Is a completely new game developed by Battlefield Sports™ for the purpose of fun combat games and to experience a live computer game. It is sometimes called Electronic paintball.

We use infrared, just like your TV remote. Players shoot an invisible and harmless beam and there’s great light & sound effects.
The equipment is 100% portable, tough, weather-proof and can be used either indoors or outdoors. Battlefield Live is great fun. Everyone enjoys the game. We cater for different fitness levels—anyone can play.
Also everyone plays the whole time. Everyone gets a gun and has a role to play. Players are usually divided into two teams and vie for victory given various team objectives like “capture the base” or “V.I.P escort.”

Some Typical Battlefield Live Games
ELIMINATE THE ENEMY also known as "Death Match"
Roughly equal team sizes
This mission each team gets 10 replacements/re-spawns each from their base and everyone gets 8 hit points (hits they can take before they must go back and get a replacement).
The mission is over when one team runs out of replacements and they then take one more casualty.
This mission is great warm-up/ice-breaker because every player, plays the whole mission and its very forgiving of mistakes.
Suitable for beginners.
CAPTURE THE FLAG also known as "Base Assault "
A perennial favorite
This mission is usually played twice because one team is the attacker and one team is the defender, so we want each team to try both roles.
This mission is to have the nearest survivor to the flag after 30 minutes (ie so it not your usual steal the flag and run away with it - your team must control the position at the end of the mission to win).
The attackers have 10 replacements and 5 hit points each.
The defenders get only 7 replacements,
also 5 hits points, but they get 2
claymore mines!
Suitable for beginners.
V.I.P ESCORT
Another excellent laser skirmish team building game. One team lies in ambush with the other attempts to escort one player, the VIP, from point A to point B without them being killed.
The ambush team has no replacements/re-spawns. This team gets 5 hit points each. They can deploy anywhere in the battlefield except in the last first 150 feet / 50 meters of where the VIP will start.
The Bodyguards have 8 hit points. The VIP is usually identified by a white admiral's cap. Though we have also played this at night and strapped a torch to the head of the VIP.
This is a great game of stealth. Suitable for beginners-intermediate players.
SNIPER
An advanced laser skirmish game
For every 3 or 4 hunters there is 1 Sniper.
The Sniper goes out into the battlefield first to take up position. The Sniper is allocated 3 hit points and the Hunters only one. However the Hunters are allowed unlimited re-spawns. Snipers get none.
For every kill the Sniper they get 10 victory points.
The Hunters get 50 victory points for every Sniper they get.
Suitable for intermediate-advanced players.
The Morita is in the Designated Marksman (DM) class of weapon. Like all of our guns, can toggle between semi-auto and full-auto. When you turn on the gun (also referred to as booting up) it will default to fully automatic. This is for your Light Machine Gun mode.
By clicking the button on the right side of the gun you can swap over to semi-automatic mode.
This is great for being a sniper. This extreme range gun is best used with the telescopic scope, because it shoots so far you might not even be able to make out if the person you are shooting at is on your team or not.
The Scorpion is one of our most versatile models. This gun model is in the Special Compact (SC) class of weapon. It is great for either indoor or outdoors and, in particular, CQB. In fact, since it does not have a protruding barrel it is ideal for indoor arenas.

Imagine a post futuristic or holocaust theme! It has a metal construction. More it has a full trigger mechanism. It also comes standard with a generic Red Dot scope.
This Battlefield Live™ gun can really create a "wow!" effect.
The M4 M203 is great for re-enactments. Since we use infrared rather than paintballs you can safely use your authentic costumes without them getting paint damaged.

Pictured here is the optional Stock & Shroud. You can add either a muzzle shroud which looks a bit like a silencer, or fixed stock. Or you can add both for a dramatic effect.
Normally associated with a red dot scope, once the accessories are added you can fit a small telescopic scope if you want (seen above)
