Mission Possible can offer
creative team building programs that can be run indoors, at a resort, outdoors or at hotels etc.
We have recently run very different
types of programs in Puerto Galera, at Atlantis, in Subic at White Rock, in the
Sofitel Hotel Manila and at Caylabne. We offer a unique, exciting element that
we add to our Team Building programs, with
ICE (Infrared
Combat Experience), through
our sister company.
If you would like to have an Adventure based package, then please visit our
partner division at
Mindoro Adventures.
Our Team Building Modules
Mission Possible has
over 25 Team Building Modules that we use to create a custom program for
clients based on their needs and budget.
There is a mixture of Soft, Active and Cooperative
programs available depending on the participants. Many of these modules can be
used indoors so could be carried out at your office or any suitable indoor
venue. Download them
here....
The Mission Possible program focuses many of our modules on the Kaizen
Model of continuous improvement which is also the basis of our processing
philosophy, you can read a copy of the Kaizen background
here.... There is also an interesting article on that subject from
Thinking Managers that you can read as a PDF
here....
We encourage clients to have a mixture
of "soft", "cooperative" and "active" modules so the team can experience
all the elements of team work. We recommend that the program ends with all teams
coming together to achieve a final objective or to share experiences and
consolidate the lessons learnt. This is usually created and agreed in
cooperation with the client.

For a Quotation on any of our programs,
please contact us directly or complete our
Questionnaire and submit it. We will respond within one day.

ICE, Exclusive to Mission Possible
Experience the same Infra Red combat training technology used by the US
Military. In partnership with our
sister company
Mission Special
we
offer an excellent team building activity to get
your staff motivated and working together. It simply is a great day out! We
include elements of the ICE program in most of our corporate
team building programs.
ICE is also excellent for demonstrating the
Kaizen Model of continuous improvement as each team learns and adapts to new
strategies and tactics for each game.
ICE
Is a completely new game developed by Battlefield Sports™ for the purpose of fun
combat games and to experience a live computer game. It is sometimes called
Electronic paintball.
If you know the
video game "Counterstrike" then this is an opportunity to experience the
game LIVE!! You carry the computer (our weapons) instead of sitting in front of
it!!
We use infrared,
just like your TV remote. Players shoot an invisible and harmless beam and
there’s great light & sound effects.
The equipment is
100% portable, tough, weather-proof and can be used either indoors or outdoors.
ICE is great fun. Everyone enjoys the game. We cater for different
fitness levels—anyone can play.
Also everyone
plays the whole time. Everyone gets a gun and has a role to play. Players are
usually divided into two teams and vie for victory given various team objectives
like “Capture the Base” or “V.I.P escort” or "Last Team Standing" or "Sniper"

Our Unique Resort based Program
The core Mission Possible
program, that is unique to us, is a hands on, experiential program that runs
over 1-2 days. It involves SCUBA diving and following instructions to achieve
the final objective, in a challenging, but safe, jungle and coastal environment.
It is also
designed to emulate, in a fun way, the steps required to plan and manage a
project. It also brings all the teams together at the end to share success.
It gets teams
engaged on multiple levels, that use a variety of skill sets and that challenge
in the following ways:
-
Planning
and Implementing a project.
-
Carrying
out team activities in several different and challenging environments.
-
Showing
leadership and interpersonal skills.
-
Making
decisions and communicating actions.
-
Achieving
objectives in an exciting, but safe, jungle and coastal environment.
The objective
for the teams will be to generate and implement a plan, to salvage a sunken
object that contains information, that has to be deciphered, which describes
objectives that have to be achieved in a safe but challenging jungle
environment.
