About Our Company

Mission Possible is a division of Eversley Ventures Inc. Eversley Ventures Inc. is a Philippines based company that does business under the names:

Mission Possible: our corporate team building division. We do not "teach" we create the opportunity to learn. We also consult on "Building Teams" which is the pre-condition for carrying out "Team Building" See our description here....

Mission Special: who represent Battlefield Sports and run Battlefield Live events in the Philippines. "The closest thing to real combat"

Mindoro Adventures runs Adventure based programs in the Philippines, mainly focusing on Mindoro, especially Puerto Galera. We also offer a "Lifestyle Experience" that we are developing where you will be able to learn how the local indigenous people called "Iraya Mangyans" live, and learn some of the skills that they use in their day to day living.

Eversley Ventures Inc. have offices in Makati and in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Ian Meikle - Managing Director of Eversley Ventures

Ian is also Team Leader of the Mission Possible Team Building programs.

Ian has around 15 years of military experience followed by over 30 years of international Business experience in the semiconductor and related hi tech industries. He has held various senior management positions servicing international markets. His military training has also given him a solid base from which to develop Team Building skills and programs.

He has lived, and worked, in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong and the USA. He managed sales and operations activities in the U.K., Europe, Asia (from 1986 through 2001) and the USA so has experience in virtually all markets, but with most of it in Asia.

Ian initially worked in Asia, based in Hong Kong, with Monolithic Memories Inc. (MMI), where he was Managing Director of the Asian subsidiaries, but also spent time previously in Hong Kong with the military. His time working and living in Asia was continued when he moved to the Philippines to live in 2006.

His Chinese name given to him by friends in Taiwan is: 

During this time Ian has worked in different markets, in different cultures and has managed people to achieve their best results. He has planned and directed sales meetings, managed a variety of projects, and planned and directed a variety of training programs in a corporate environment.

When in the Military he was involved in many training programs. His experience in the jungle warfare training helped develop the Mission Possible core coastal and jungle Program. This was where he learned how to set and find booby traps and how to travel and survive in the jungle. . . much different from winter survival!!

His experience and training has created a passion for creating the opportunity to share the experiences, the skills and the enjoyment and has been a major motivating factor in establishing the Mission Possible programs.

Ian had a long career in Rugby, one of the ultimate team games, where he played and coached at all levels, including representing Hong Kong, playing senior club rugby in the UK at Ayr in Scotland and at London Irish.

He represented Hong Kong as a member of their International Rugby team and has been a founder of several new Rugby clubs. Ian has both trained and coached players at all levels, from mini rugby (children from age 9 - 15) up to Senior Rugby Union clubs in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong and the USA.

Ian likes most outdoor activities whether sailing, motor bike riding etc. but also loves to read and play backgammon, although not well.

Lenmark Tayo - Operations Manager

Mark runs our operations and other activities from our office in Makati. He has previously been an operations officer and has run advertising, direct mail campaigns and marketing communications projects.

Mark also facilitates our Team Building and Battlefield Live activities and has designed programs and teambuilding activities for various schools and companies. He also has several years experience in team building and running events.

Mark can create tour programs depending on the requirements of clients and has been a tour guide and coordinator conducting tours to most tourist destinations in the Philippines.  

Mark is qualified in First Aid, CPR, Water Safety & Rescue and has done the Instructor’s Training on First Aid and Basic Life Support with the Red Cross. He is also qualified as SCUBA diver, a Swimming instructor, Basic Mountaineering course instructor, and an Instructor for Camping and other outdoor activities.

 

Mark trained in computer repair and networking and prior to changing careers was a layout artist and computer typesetter.

Evangeline Meikle - Company Secretary

Vangie is the Eversley Ventures Company Secretary and is a facilitator for our Team Building programs. She also manages the Triassic Tag concession in the Enchanted Kingdom which is the only permanent Battlefield Live location in the Philippines.

Vangie has worked in resort management in Mindoro before moving to Santa Rosa, Laguna.
