Mission Possible does not use standard “cookie cutter” programs for their team building. All team building programs are customized to optimize the effectiveness of the program, based on the client’s specific needs and budget. We will sit down to confer with the client so that we can clearly define their expectations and objectives, and create a program based on their needs. Typically, a comprehensive, effective team building program will need a minimum of 3-4 weeks to implement, so please consider that in your planning. To see our program outline please download it here... Please also note, it helps the process if you have an approximate budget prepared in advance. |
The Mission Possible programs take you out of your usual corporate world and involve you in a challenging environment, bringing out the best of yourself and of your team's abilities.
Mission Possible can now offer creative team building programs for small or large groups in The Enchanted Kingdom, the Mall of Asia and several other resorts and venues around the country.
The core Mission Possible program is a cost effective, highly focused, experiential, team building program for smaller groups and teams. We do not just teach, we create the opportunity to learn.
Mission Possible offer an enjoyable and interesting challenge for your team that demands:
Planning and carrying out a complex and challenging task involving underwater salvage.
Pursuing objectives that require both intellectual and physical competence in a safe jungle setting.
Mission Possible also organizes team building programs for larger groups that will incorporate some of the elements of the core program into an enjoyable group team building program.
Also check out our sister company Mission Special for other team building options.
A team building White Paper has been compiled based on prior research into team building that is already available. This research provided the core values and methodology used in the Mission Possible program. The White Paper is available in PDF format.
The value of the Mission Possible program can be realized best in groups who must work as a team effectively and in harmony to be fully successful, such as Sales teams, marketing teams, engineering teams etc.

The core Mission Possible program is a hands on, experiential program that runs over 1-2 days. It is designed to emulate, in a fun way, the steps required to plan and manage a project.
It gets teams engaged on multiple levels, that use a variety of skill sets and that challenge in the following ways:
Planning and Implementing a project. more...
Carrying out team activities in several different and challenging environments.
Showing leadership and interpersonal skills.
Making decisions and communicating actions.
Achieving objectives in an exciting, but safe, jungle and coastal environment.
The objective for the teams will be to generate and implement a plan, to salvage a sunken object that contains information, that has to be deciphered, which describes objectives that have to be achieved in a safe but challenging jungle environment. More information can be found here.
Other creative team building options are available including water based programs and live gaming.
Mission Possible is run as a program in which individuals with multiple, different skill levels and abilities, can bond together as a team, leverage their skills in ways that enable them all to:
Learn how teams work
Add value to the team
Contribute to the team’s success
Have fun doing it.
We believe that learning and having fun are complementary and add to the adoption of the lessons learnt into the real corporate world.
Team Building is the process of helping people to relate to each other, to work together, to form an effective, efficient unit. The Mission Possible Team Building white paper is available here...
The basis of any effective relationships, whether in a team or not, are trust and respect. These can only work in both directions and are key elements in Team Building, as only when these bonds are formed can a team be fully effective.
The essence of a team is common commitment without it the members of the group perform as individuals with it they become a powerful unit of collective performance.
In teams the leader acts as a facilitator and coach, goals are set by team members.
Meetings are participative discussions, the team agrees and plans work assignments.
The emphasis is on team performance, where the team works as a cooperative unit.
Communication flows upwards and downwards, to and from the leader, information is shared and decisions are made by the entire team.
.
There is a sense of personal satisfaction when a team works well together.
The team provides a sense of security that allows people to take risks and make decisions that they would not make if they were working alone, however, when individuals are required to work together personality conflicts can be magnified
The Mission Possible training program offers a way to help identify and rectify any potential issues before they become a factor.
Teamwork can go a step beyond and help people understand each others jobs and their roles in an organization
The basis for almost any problem in an organization is poor communication, good teamwork can improve and widen the circle of communication.
A key advantage of teamwork is getting a better end result, as a team working together has better, more comprehensive inputs than individuals working alone
More inputs add to better ideas and decision making
Involvement of everyone in the process
Team involvement offers higher quality output
Increased ownership and buy in by members
Higher likelihood of implementing new ideas
Widens the circle of communication
Sharing information means increased learning
Increased understanding of other peoples perspectives
Increased opportunity to draw on individual strengths
Ability to compensate for individual weaknesses
Provides a sense of security
Develops personal relationships
