The Mission Possible program focuses many of our modules on the Kaizen Model of continuous improvement, developed by Toyota which is also the basis of our processing philosophy, you can read a more on the Kaizen background here.... Mission Possible is run as a program in which individuals with multiple, different skill levels and abilities, can bond together as a team, leverage their skills in ways that enable them all to:

Learn how teams work
Add value to the team
Contribute to the team’s success
Experience being a leader
Have fun doing it

Leadership training is an important part of our programs and each member of the team will get the opportunity to lead.

We believe that Experiential Learning and having fun are complementary and add to the successful adoption of the lessons learned, into the real corporate world.

Mission Possible offers a Unique Team Building Experience

ICE (Infrared Combat Experience) which uses the same Infrared combat training technology that is used by the US Military in their training, is used in our Team Building.

ICE is an excellent Team Building activity to get your staff motivated and working together. We include elements of the ICE program in most of our corporate Team Building programs.

ICE is also excellent for demonstrating the Kaizen Model of continuous improvement as each team learns and adapts to new strategies and tactics for each game.
