We also offer our services as Team Leaders and Facilitators for companies that want to run their own event but need outside consultants. We can also run Leadership Training sessions that includes a team training element and Ian Meikle is available for speaking engagements along these themes.

Our Approach
Mission Possible is focused on Corporate Team Building and does not, typically, use standard “cookie cutter” programs for their team building. Mission Possible team  building programs are, preferably, customized to optimize the effectiveness of the program, based on the client’s specific needs and budget. We prefer to sit down to confer with the client so that we can clearly define their expectations and objectives, and create a program based on their needs. Typically, a comprehensive, effective team building program will need a minimum of 3-4 weeks to implement, so please consider that in your planning.
